The kitchen is the center of the party. As a guest you are always welcome to sample the local dishes or just sit down and enjoy the skills of our staff. Inspiration comes from all over the world - our seven-course menu offers several exciting flavor combinations.
We always use superior ingredients and allow the different seasons to influence the menu.
The forest around us is full of tasty herbs, mushrooms and berries. Much of our wild tastes like deer, wild boar, rabbit and moose also come from these birch and pine forests. The lakes give us fresh fish in the form of walleye, pike and perch.

A lot of the crops and meats also come from nearby farms. There are, however, specialties that we are more than happy to import - air-dried ham from Parma in Italy and beef from the Pampas in Argentina to name a few. A real steak is something you can always expect to find on our menu.



WINE CELLAR
We are currently in the process of building one of the best collections of South American wines outside South America. Currently, over 100 producers from around the world are represented in the wine cellar. Smaller groups may reserve a time for a private tasting in our specially designed tasting room, complete with an open fireplace and candles.
