Golf, fishing and more...

Pio Country Club is located two hours drive from Kastrup Airport in Denmark and only 1h45 min from Landvetter Airport in Gothenburg. With domestic air travel, you can fly even closer to Halmstad Airport. We will pick you up and 25 minutes later you’ll find yourself in our beautiful and peaceful environment just at the edge of the forest.

In our immediate surroundings you will find Lake Toftasjön with the opportunity to fish for perch and pike. A stone's throw from our garden flows the Fylleån River with wild salmon and bathing spots. The forest surrounding us provides the opportunity to hunt moose, deer and wild boar during the hunting season.The town of Halmstad is 10km to the west and offers growing nightlife scene, entertainment and shopping.

Approximately 30 minutes from our property are some of Sweden's finest golf courses. One of them is Halmstad Golf Club, which in 2007 was host for Solheim Cup. At Tylösand, the 10 kilometer long sandy beach attracts people from throughout Northern Europe in the summer. For those of us who like taking a refreshing swim, our favorite bathing spot in the Fylleåns River offers crystal clear water.
